Authorities of the Economic Community of Central African States, ECCAS, have gone on an offensive mission to sensitize and advocate the commencement of the Central Africa Regional Free Trade Area slated to go operational in January 2017.

The Deputy Secretary General of ECCAS, Cameroonian born Therese Chantal Mfoula was received with her delegation by the Prime Minister and Head of Government Philemon Yang. The Premier gave Madam Mfoula the normal CPDM answer that Cameroon will integrate into its local laws, provisions of the free trade area, that will enable it operate early next year.
