Tiko County: Institute of Health and Science set on fire for hosting CPDM event
The Maflekumen Higher Institute of Health and Science at Lagos Street in the Tiko County in Fako State has been consumed by flames in front of helpless soldiers deployed to the territory from French Cameroun.
The establishment was set on fire on November 7, 2017 by Southern Cameroons militants who had earlier informed Yaounde that the ruling CPDM party had long been banned in Ambaland and listed as a terrorist organisation by the Governing Council.
On Monday, November 6, 2017 the structure “Mary Land Building” housing the health institute that trains medical staff, had hosted celebrations to mark 35 years of President Paul Biya in power.
According to several observers, the owner of the building, Anselm Akuma, who is a baron of the ruling CPDM crime syndicate is now paying the price for his commitment to outlawed associations in Southern Cameroons.
