The interim leader of the Southern Cameroons Governing Council, Sesekou Ayuk Tabe has a tremendous capacity to talk to Southern Cameroonians and enforce his decision from any part of the world. He does not need Biya and his gang to operate. This is an indication that the Cameroonian nation is in for a long period of political upheavals.
