The 4th Conclave scheduled by the Southern Cameroons Ambazonia  Governing Council has effectively commenced as programmed.  Cameroon Intelligence Report understands most of the participants are present and in high spirit.

We also gathered that the Vice Chairman is still being awaited. Speaking to our chief political man, Soter Tarh Agbaw-Ebai late yesterday, the Chairman of the Governing Council, Sesekou Ayuk Tabe appealed to Southern Cameronians all over the world to remain positive and focused.
