Rumour about the death of Martin Belinga Eboutou, the Director of the Civil Cabinet at the Presidency of the Republic is spreading like smoke in Yaounde. Some journalists and highly placed Cameroon government officials have openly confirmed that they received text messages announcing persistently the death of the Minister, Director of the Civil Cabinet.

Our source at the presidency of the republic hinted late last night that Martin Belinga is very sick. For several weeks now, the Biya acolyte has not appeared in public. Some sources close to the Belinga family who recently visited the diplomat at his home in Ahala neighborhood, say the top clerk of the state is recovering. After a short stay abroad, Cameroon Intelligence Report has learnt that Martin Belinga has physically diminished.
