Posters for the Female Africa Cup of Nations presents tournament as a Biya achievement
In one of the most disturbing developments in our nation’s history, the ruling CPDM government is using official Confederation of African Football posters for the women’s Africa Cup of Nations 2016, to propagate what the regime say are there achievements of President Paul Biya.
On the posters recently released throughout the national territory can be seen the new looks of some of the main streets that were renovated in the cities of Yaounde and Limbe. The writings on the posters are also political rather than for the sporting event. It reads “Women AFCON 2016, a great achievement, a great success.”
The flyers and posters do not carry the photos of the Cameroon female football national team but that of the 83 year dictator who for the past 34 years has governed the nation from a five star hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.
The competition to be held in Cameroon from the 19th of November to the 3rd of December 2016 has been rocked with so many financial scandals. According to some pro CPDM comedians, the organization of the event 2016 is a “success” which must be attributed to President Paul Biya.
Biya in power for 34 years is struggling to host a female Africa Cup of Nations. The last time Cameroon organized the men’s Africa Cup of Nations was in 1972 under the regime of the late President Ahmadou Ahidjo. Cameroon Intelligence Report has gathered that the regime is also planning to present the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (men’s football) to be hosted in Cameroon as a major achievement for the Biya CPDM crime syndicate in the elections of 2018.
