One-and-One with Mola Njoh Litumbe: “I love women and “Mimbo”
The most celebrated and high profile Southern Cameroons National Council activist and front line civil society actor, Mola Njoh Litumbe says among the things he like most and derives the pleasurable enjoyment of life are Women and drinking. The renowned chartered account was accosted by Cameroon Intelligence Report’s Cham Victor Bama in Buea shortly after the stormy Buea court session that held on Thursday August 25th 2016 that did involve the detained 15 SCNC activists arrested last July 2016.
Many a Cameroonian knows little or nothing about the many sides of the life of the aged activist widely admired by millions around the world. Mola Njoh Litumbe revealed that there were some important things that occupy him the most when not on the activism bench.
Said Mola Litumbe “So what can I say, If you don’t love women you are cursing your mother” he said. “I am online a few hours a day; I have a permanent internet connection. I enjoy all the good things of life but in moderation, I will advise young people that if you want to last as long as I, follow the wise words of St. Paul “do everything in moderation.” “Don’t drink a carton of wine because you are young and handsome or date every girlfriend in every quarter”, he advised.
Mola Njoh Litumbe added that “I don’t drink beer, only a bit of wine.” He refuted allegations that he is stingy and whenever he opens a bottle of wine to share; he would pour a glass and secure the remains in his cupboard. Mola concluded that life is all about moderation in whatever you do including responsibility, generosity and faith at all times. He sounded a note of caution that we should never hurt others to achieve our goals in life.
