French Cameroun MPs studying 2 new bills on military justice and civil aviation
The Biya regime recently tabled two new bills at the National Assembly for scrutiny during a plenary session that was chaired by the Senior Deputy Speaker, Hilarion Etong. The two bills; to lay down the code of Military Justice and to punish offences against Civil Aviation Safety were submitted on Monday the 19th of June 2017.
Cameroon Intelligence Report gathered that the bills to be examined by the Committee on National Defense and Security will be defended by the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Defense, Joseph Beti Assomo and the anti Anglophone Minister of State, Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Laurent Esso.
Our sources at the so-called Lower House hinted that the members of the Economic Affairs Committee are presently studying two bills on a better framework for the management of public corporations in Cameroon. The Minister of Finance, Alamine Ousmane Mey and the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms,Michel Ange Angouing,representing the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in Charge of Relations with Parliament will defend the bills.
