Douala: Secret Service arrest US based writer on warrant for insurrection
Patrice Nganang, a Cameroonian writer living in the United States of America who visited Southern Cameroons recently has been arrested by Secret Service Officers loyal to the Biya Francophone regime in Yaoundé. Cameroon Intelligence Report gathered from local media sources that the arrest was made on Wednesday night at the Douala International airport.
Some pro Biya media houses had earlier reported that Patrice Nganang had threatened to “shoot a bullet” in the head of President Biya. According to his relatives in Cameroon, Patrice Nganang is currently being held in a secret detention facility in Douala.
