A business card is currently circulating in Yaounde stating that President Biya has created a cabinet for his in-laws at the presidency of the republic. The card bears the symbols of authority of the Republic of Cameroon in the colors green, red and yellow, and black writings. One can read including “Civil Cabinet, Cabinet Beau-Pére – meaning cabinet of the Father-in-Law, Bihina Aloys, Chief of Staff.”

The card seems to suggest that the father-in-law of the head of state has an office inside Etoudi known as Office of the father-in-law of the Head of State.
