Cameroon Protestants en route to the Holy Land
A delegation of 57 Christians from the Council of Protestant Churches of Cameroon (CEPCA) have left Cameroon for a ten-day pilgrimage to Israel.
The Pastors and 40 Christians left Cameroon on the 22nd of June 2016. Before leaving for the Holy Land, the Pilgrims took part in a special consecration service to pray for GOD’s protection and guidance during the pilgrimage.
The Rt Rev Fonki Samuel, Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon explained that the pilgrimage will take the Christians to their roots and deepen their faith. He said that the holy journey will also enable them visit Galilee, River Jordan, Golgotha and other Biblical places.
