California: 2 dead after small plane crashes into residential area
An eight-seated twin-engine aircraft crashed into the Yorba Linda area of Orange County, California on Sunday, causing a house to catch fire and leaving two people dead.
Footage shows locals looking on at the blaze caused by the crash, as firefighters arrive at the scene to combat the fire.
According to reports, the plane crashed shortly after taking off from the nearby Fullerton Municipal Airport, and two others injured in the crash were taken to hospital. The exact cause of the crash remains unknown.
