David Koulbout Aman, is the new Senior Divisional Officer for the Dja and Lobo constituency. The senior civil administrator was appointed by a presidential decree signed on the 29^th of September 2016 from a hotel in Swiss.

Before his recent appointment, David Koulbout Aman was the prefect of Meme Division in the South West Region where he worked for the last six years.

He had also served in Mayo Danay Division in the same capacity. The new Biya agent replaces Bernard Marie Mba sacked for corruption.
