Biya spotted back in Yaounde
After the climate summit that took place in the French capital on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, President Biya and wife Chantal Biya are back in Yaoundé. The Cameroonian chief executive spent another three days in France before returning to the nation’s capital.
Massive demonstrations had been planned against the presidential couple by the Cameroonian Diaspora in Geneva, Switzerland. Paul Biya is always in Geneva during his travels in Europe and the United States of America.
But, the Cameroonian president and his wife decided this time around to return to Yaoundé, the administrative capital after having participated on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in Paris at the summit on climate organized by French President Emmanuel Macron.
