Biya appoints 11 new Brigadier Generals
President Biya has signed a series of decrees reorganizing the leadership of the army and the national gendarmerie including appointing members of the military to various positions of responsibility.
In all, eleven Colonels were raised to Brigadier General while six others were admitted into the second segment within the army.
The newly appointed Generals have been drawn from the Gendarmerie, Army and Air force.
They include;
