The communication department of the Ministry of Higher Education announced on July the 1st, 2017 that the Chinese company Sichuan Telecom has began manufacturing the 500,000 computers promised by President Paul Biya to Cameroonian students in 2016.

Minister Fame Ndongo and his gang also revealed that the 30% out of FCFA 75 billion funding expected from Exim Bank is now being made available. In order to make the press release look more convincing, the ministry stated that Sichuan Telecom is using prototyping technology to quickly design and manufacture the laptops.

“With prototyping technology, Sichuan Telecom can produce 500,000 computers in a week. They will then be routed and handed over. Universities are currently conducting bio metric registrations. Others have finished, “says the mafia communication cell in the ministry of higher education.
