Work stops at the Yaounde’s First Annex Stadium

Due to nix payment of their salaries for two months now, night workers building the above stadium started a strike action. Looking at MUTATIONS, the workers are throwing slangs like; will the CAN be played here? Long live Cameroon, Long live CAN, we have your back though we are not receiving salaries.

Construction of a Dam at Lom-Pangar

The long awaited realization on the Lom-Pangar Dam project is finally set to begin this November as rightly confirmed by the general manager of EDC, Theodore Nsangou. The project is specifically for the East region and is about 30 mega watts with a capacity of about 6 milliard meters cube.

Yaounde’s endless traffic

According to Le Messager, a major cause of the tight roads and traffic in Yaounde is due to social irresponsibility on the part of citizens. Traffic police are completely absent during peak periods and the roads are all damaged.

Senate president Niat Njifenji receives 40 million FCFA for accomodation:

Niat did not agree to move into the residence offered him by the CPDM government. It was agreed that he will be receiving a monthly allowance equivalent to the stated amounting for renting of the house, which directly summed up to 40 million francs.
