Thirteen Cameroonian soldiers have been arrested in Douala, the economic capital and remanded in custody at the Central Prison in New Bell. A senior police commissioner in Douala ordered their arrest earlier today Monday the 27^th of June 2016.

They are suspected of stealing sensitive materials including gas cylinders belonging to the former Aluminium Company, Cellucam in Edea. Cameroon Intelligence Report learnt from government sources that the 13 are awaiting trial to be held at the Bonanjo military tribunal.
