1)President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe has been compromised – This is not true because Sisiku is not compromised.

2)President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe has sacked the lead lawyer, Barrister Nsoh – this is false because Barrister Nsoh himself confirmed on ABC that he is still the lead lawyer of the Nera10. For the records, President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe does not have a personal lawyer and so do all the Nera10 members.

3) President Sisiku Ayuk Tabe has hired Prof. Kamto’s lawyer. – This is also false because the Cameroun Bar association assigned four lawyers to the case to assist in the defence of Barrister Eyambe and Barrister Shufai. These lawyers have been in this case from the start. One of these four lawyers is a senior member of Prof. Kamto’s party.

Barrister Fru John Nsoh has blatantly refused to respond to allegations made against him by our Douala Bureau Chief that he received money from the Interim Government and did not pay the other members of the defence team.
