1. The fight for liberation of Ambazonia from French Camerounese occupation forces is ordained by
God, because these occupation forces serve a devilish neo-colonialist hegemony of France over
Cameroon in which France & Co are stealing the resources from the Cameroonians and
Ambazonians. This is the core of the problem and the devil’s agent is the puppet dictator of puppet
player France Paul Biya, who watches over the big robbery and the transfer of the taxes and profits
into foreign accounts and who prevents that Cameroon’s richness becomes a benefit for the people.
To catch this devil and his bribed cronies in government, who are a total disgrace and catastrophe
for whole Africa, and bring him before court or hell’s gate by all means is the duty of every Christian
and humanitarian soul. Additionally Ambazonia’s (former Southern Cameroons’) union with LRC was
dissolved before parliament in 1984 and SC had his own constitution and government in 1960
already, so every occupation of Ambazonia by LRC is an illegal foreign aggression against which
every Ambazonia has the full right to defend.

2. All Ambazonians must help spreading the truth about Ambazonia’s good goals and Biya’s crimes
all over the world: so far the Ambazonians don’t do that enough and if, then they don’t do it
methodically in bulk quantities. So far the habit is still too strong that every individual spreads
information as he likes out of his gut feeling into social media. Better would be, if the Ambazonians
would read more about the legal constitutional history of Southern Cameroons and listen more to
the elder Ambazonian resistence leaders, what parts of the legal constitutional history have to
become basic knowledge of everybody who wants to understand where Ambazonia has leverage
against her occupier French Cameroun and neo-colonizer France. So the present Ambazonian
leaders and groups have to provide downloadable fact sheets about Ambazonia’s history and
aspired future, which everybody can download and spread per email or letter to multipliers all over
the world, and these 100 ideas here shall help to produce these fact sheets. Ambazonians need to
send the fact sheets to journalists, parliamentarians, organizations and VIPs worldwide in bulk
quantities. Standardized info package means that all groups equalize the main narrative of truth
about Ambazonia vs Cameroun/Françafrique, which shall also contain the general guidelines for the
common strategy to defeat the occupier. So every Ambazonian needs to know what to do and what
to tell the world and that has to be d’accord with the true constitutional legal status of the Republic
of Ambazonia.

3. The Ambazonian leadership needs to produce sample letters with the new constitution of
Ambazonia attached and telling the truth about Ambazonia and having the signatures of all groups’
leaders under it, which every single Ambazonian shall forward to as many important people in the
world as possible. The Ambazonian leaders, IG and groups need to express their basic consensus in
this sample letters, and the appellation to people all across the globe to sympathize and help the
Ambazonian cause which is a cause for whole humanity, because it is about justice and freedom
against injustice and tyranny. True leaders should permanently motivate all people to sacrifice an
hour or two per day to spread the truth persistently, either in emails, mail or calls or lectures, and
the best motivation is by doing it himself as an example too. Every person can add his personal
views or reports to the standardized official Ambazonian narrative to make it more authentic. Every
Amblander needs to be aware: “No Pa can do everythying for us alone, we must help him and we
can replace every neutralized leader by another active one because we millions of Ambazonians are
all active now! So far the world just doesn’t know about Ambaland though, therefore we must
change that and make much more wind!”

4. Replacing French media narratives: Ambazonians shall replace the French narrative of “Anglophone
probleme” by the narratives “French Camerounese probleme”, “Françafrique’s problem of
constitution violation in Cameroun and Ambazonia”, and “Ambaland says NO to Françafrique!”,
“Ambaland says NO to the French rule in Africa!”, “The Anglophones’ solution to the Francophones’
problem”, … Ambazonians need to fire these new narratives of truth on all channels nonstop.
5. We Ambazonians are not a problem, we are the solution! We are the solution to the arch problem
of Cameroon being malgoverned and exploited by Françafrique. We are the role model of liberation
from the illegal French rule on Anglophone territory and from monetary enslavement. We are the
solution, because we stand for the New Africa, which promotes democracy, higher education, fair
business and strictest anti-corruption. We will teach the world the truth about us. We are hundreds
of millions of educated Africans! We will win over these few post-colonialist resource suckers, fake
power elites and human rights violators! The time when the world didn’t care about the
Ambazonians is OVER!

6. It needs the understanding of all peoples and powers in the world, that the Ambazonian struggle
for restoration of statehood, sovereignty, self-governance, and freedom from occupation,
exploitation, subjugation is a bigger thing than just a regional uprise of a southern or western part of
a country against an eastern part of a country or a language divide. No, it is legitimate self-defense
of a unique people against terroristic, state sponsored, neocolonialist extinction-policy. But also the
try to reach solutions peacefully.

7. Don’t only tell VIPs about Ambaland, but also ordinary people all over the world: Let’s not
underrate the carelessness of the French and European power elites for the Ambazonian people.
They just don’t care. But many of the ordinary people in Europe do care and they are tired of these
power elites who exploit not only Africa but Europe and the World as well and these ordinary
people also hate the ruthless exploitation of Africa by the French and how the French never built up
anything in Africa and some of the educated ones among them do even understand very well that
forcing Anglophones and Francophones in Cameroon together in an artificial post-colonialist union
will only produce perpetuated problems and more and more refugees into Europe. We have to tell
the Europeans: “We show you how you can solve the French malgovernance problem in Cameroon
and then you will get much less refugees from there!”. It is important to inform also second, third
and fourth ranks of power, because the first ranks usually don’t listen, and only through the
lobbyism of the lower ranks before the higher ranks progress can be made in a our favor.

8. Our headlines in media need to talk as if we have reached the goal already: When Biya has
declared war on Ambazonia he has signed his death sentence already. He knows that his death is
near and he just uses military now although knowing that with that primitive method he can never
defeat a whole people willing of bush guerilla who is determined against his army until the last drop
of blood, so he just plays on prolonging his time a little. Let’s shorten his time and teach all enemy
soldiers that serving an illegitimate dictator who robs even the Camerounese is a bad idea and
deserting into the arms of the Ambazonians is right and honorable, because the international law is
on Ambazonia’s side. Information letters in French have to be spread to all enemy soldiers.
Ambazonia has won already!

9. From mental enslavement to mental independence: The decisive thing in the mental approach of
the Ambazonian restoration quest is that we stop expecting independence to be given by any nonAfrican
entity. Inside our heart we have to say: “We are independent, we were independent, we will
always be independent.” Imagine, the whole age of colonization by Europeans would never have
happened. Then any connecting of our independence to the will of non-African powers would look
crazy. Exactly that’s how we have to look at on non-African powers who want to buy us out of our
independence: as crazies. What is it Europe’s or France’s business to decide over Ambazonia’s
independence or currency reserves? None at all! Ambazonians, please increase your pride in your
homeland and yourself! It’s YOUR country and YOUR oil etc., for Christ’s sake!!!

10. Independence means independence. All Ambazonians are independent from all other powers in the
world, especially neo-colonial powers. We are not dependent on any mercy of any country or
organization to “give” us independence. We are not dependent on any UN document proving us
anything. We are an independent people of Ambazonians and act independently and take
everything we need for exercising our already God-given independence. We name ourselves and our
state independently as we want, by referendum of our people or by decree of our own leaders. Our
people are not Cameroonians. We are not restored British Southern Cameroonians either. We are
our own, independent state, nation and people. We are Ambazonians, Ambalanders, an Amba
Nation, a Federation of Am”Ba”-tribes, with Ambazonian law and Amba currency. Our own leaders
and peoples decide what is good for us, not foreign ones. We add value to Africa and the world, not
only because we are one of the oil-richest areas of the world, but because we don’t rob the world
like colonizers, we build up, we live in cultures not under vultures, we are harmony and peace not
greed and war profiteering. We are forward oriented, not backwardians. We are millions of human
potentials! We are the future! We will build our embassies around the world and print our own
passports, whether the clubs of dictators and colonizers in the AU, EU, US or UN like it or not!

11. The biggest internal enemy is the “unpolitical” Ambazonian who doesn’t care about LRC’s criminal
leadership: every patriotic Ambazonian who knows that the Biya regime was and is a catastrophy
for Cameroon shall shame all the contrifellas who don’t care about political prisoners rotting in
Biya’s jails and suffering in torture chambers and who still fly into Yaounde to celebrate Christmas
parties and dance Makossa as if it doesn’t matter that a catastrophic puppet dictator is ruining the
homeland since decades. The public shaming of careless and ignorant Ambazonians is not only a
duty for “guys in the resistance” it is a duty for everyone who is against human rights violations and
injustice and who is a responsible, social human being. Because it is just such a disgrace how some
Ambazonians and Camerounese are dancing with their own rapist puppet dictator and exercise
carelessness for all the cries and sufferings of their fellow human beings!

12. Poor Ambazonians urge rich Ambazonians to contribute: Instead of hacking on every of our leaders
why he is not omnipotent and hasn’t done this and that yet, we rather hack on those rich
Ambazonians who still contribute nothing. Ask in your personal network: “Why are you not
contributing yet to the Ambazonian restoration quest, or are you?” And if they say: “Oh, I don’t
know whether these Ambazonians are really serious.” You answer: “They are dead serious and they
will achieve their goal because it’s the only way to make the French change something substantially.
They understood that you have to make a clear cut with the French corruption in order to move
something, and you don’t want to be regarded unpatriotic later after the Ambalanders have won
freedom, or do you?”

13. The biggest external enemy is the “globalist” attitude in power elites: as everybody knows, where
power concentrates there also accumulates money, greed and lies. Power corrupts and absolute
power corrupts absolute. Biya is a good example for that, but in the headquarters of the AU, EU, US,
UN it is similar. It is basically only about people who want to live as large as possible on the back of
no matter how many other people. That’s why these “globalists” advocate bigger and bigger
corporations, political unions, “world” organizations and one-world-government and not regional or
national self-governance. They wiped out almost all Native Americans with that philosophy and they
are going to wipe out the African tribal identity and regional autonomy and replace it by faceless
supermarkets as well. That’s why they support larger and larger political entities and currency
unions and abhor little new states like Ambazonia or Biafra. The only way to break through the
globalists’ ideology and strategy is to teach the people that we don’t want a few billionaires ruling
the world on the back of billions of have-nothings, because it is unjust and leads to mega-corrupt
mal-governance! So Ambazonia’s independence is a role model for setting the right course of social
fairness in the future and kicking the wrong course of the globalists and unionists into the trash can
of history.

14. Ambazonian patriots need to be maximum anti-corrupt: If the IG would get $10M, are they ready
for it? Answer: No! Because a serious fight over the proper use of that money would break out
internally and the chances to get it all embezzled to the wrong use and wrong strategy are very high.
Because Ambazonia is still fully occupied in a guerilla resistance situation and one $10M into the
hands of one responsible guerilla general would be far more effective than spreading it into 8
“departments of an exile government”. So the IG still needs to reform and adapt to reality, which is
dictated by military strategic and diplomatic tactical and legal facts and the groups who know these
facts. And it needs to run only one state account which is controlled by all member groups of the
united platform of all pro-independence groups.

15. Spiritual dimension of the struggle includes both better religion and better politics: We all know,
the liberation of Ambazonia (former Southern Cameroons) does not only have a political dimension
but also a spiritual dimension. The European colonizers did not only bring a new, artificial and
corrupt political system but also their religion and they tried to cut the indigenous tribes off from
their traditional religions. So the liberation from oppression by France’s neo-colony Cameroun does
not only need to remove the occupier troops from the Ambazonian territory but also the
Ambazonians need to find back to their roots and traditional beliefs and combine these with the
modern infrastructure, science, democracy, social services, law etc.. Egyptian pharaos and European
tyrants in ancient history had invented monotheism as the wrong way of looking at God, as if “he”
would be a tyrant who may fulfill all or no wishes at “his” whim and who is always in favor of the
present dictator. Now many African people still have to learn to free themselves from imported
pseudo-religion and open their heart to the real lively God who/which is a transcendence in
everthing and which allows humans to be free and think free and act responsibly in this freedom so
that the freedom of the either does not destroy the freedom of the other. God is not the tyrannic
punisher or wishfulfiller Pa of all Pas, and in human life and on this planet it is not always everything
about ME & GOD. Instead it is about WE ALL IN A GOOD, FAIR ORDER, so the real God trusts and
wants humans to emancipate and act self-responsible which includes not to misuse freedom in
order to be unfair to the others. The true God does not favor sucker dicatators like Mr. Biya. Biya
will die empty. People are free to define who or what God is, as long as they stay with the truth.
There is no reason to be unfair to people who have different belief. Politics is the try to find a just
order for every belief with the exception of the belief in criminal dictatorship.

16. The spiritiual transformation towards political freedom does not only seek the resolution of the I,
ME & MYSELF or MY NATION, but it wishes freedom and good for all peoples in the world, including
French Camerounians. The Ambazonian liberation from neo-colonialist tyranny has to mentally wish
that liberty for all peoples and nations in the world, then it becomes a role model and will be
successful, because even the present Ambazonian enemy, LRC-France, can embrace it too then and
do the spiritual transformation to which the political systemic reform will be the automatic followup.
All African people want to get free finally from neo-colonialism, subjugation and exploitation and
govern themselves, but how shall that self-governance be done well, that is the million-dollarquestion
and this question can only be answered when the Africans overcome despotism, witchcraft
and mental enslavement. Africans need to be honest and fair with each other. And to kick out
leaders who are unfair, greedy, law-breaking ego-monsters.

17. “Transformation” is a better label for our struggle than “Revolution”, because the meaning of the
word “revolution” is more that of total systemic reform and that is actually not the case in
Cameroon. Of course we want a total cut with the corrupt system in Yaounde, but let’s consider that
LRC still calls itself a “Republique” and Ambazonia also shall become a Republic. And additionally
let’s consider that the likeliness of big powers in the world advocating to Ambazonia’s independence
is not raised if we cry: “We want to change everythying in a revolution!” but the likeliness is raised if
we say: “We want to stay a Republic and just have a constitutional transformation in the way of
governance for whole Cameroon in form of building two sovereign states with two new
constitutions: the Anglophone Ambazonia and the Francophone Cameroun / Sanagia.” So
“transformation” hits more the core of the problem and solution. Of course the breakout of the
African peoples from neo-colonialist enslavement feels like a revolution but politcically scientifically
it is not jumping from lets say capitalism to communism but it is just a step from fake selfgovernance
to real self-governance, so it is rather a transformation than a revolution. It’s ok to call
the struggle a “revolution” emotionally, but if stay calm and rational and call it a “transformation for
whole Cameroon” then we get much more backwind internationally.

18. Ambalanders shall not be so nice to colonizers anymore: Ambalanders had been too friendly all the
while with invaders, colonizers and occupiers in the past. Now it’s time to go into pistol-on-templediplomacy
with Biya & Co. Stop being the nice guy to our rapists and suckers! The transformation
means that we do not only look for mental relief from bad leaders at church but we start doing
something against these bad leaders and colonial forces. It’s a monster hydra snake with then heads
and because it builds ten new heads on any cut off head we need to focus on starving it to death,
meaning that the Biya regime has to loose its financial, media and military support inside
Francafrique.

19. During rape the separation from the rapist comes first: as long as LRC and Françafrique are so far
from doing this spiritual and political transformation, Ambazonia needs to first separate from this
monster rapist Françafrique in order to be able to heal herself and then later being able to help the
healing (political systemic reforming) of French Cameroun later (future name: Sanagia?).
Ambazonians have to explain to French Camerounese why the independence of Ambazonia and its
following boom will only help French Cameroun later to get rid of Biya and become free and
developed also. We need to explain to the Frankophones that life without a rapist on the body is
nicer.

20. Every Ambazonian should write his dreams to the leaders about how he wishes Ambazonia to be in
the future after the illegal occupier LRC has been kicked out. We all want independence but then
what? Which kind of society or system should it be? Which priorities should the government set?
How shall the richness of the country be spread evenly on all Ambazonians? And inside French
Cameroun to the Camerounese as well, in which kind of reformed system and society shall they live?
Dreaming is allowed and stimulates. The Video “Equatorial Guinea: On the Road of Transformation”
on Youtube is essential for showing us and the world how our oil, timber, crops richness can build
our land, if good leaders handle the revenue responsibly and in favor of the people. If we have to
fight we have to know for what (difference) we are fighting for!

21. Positive trademark AMBALAND: In our international propaganda we need a positive trademark
“AMBALAND – the most beautiful and promising country in Africa!”. We have so much to offer and
can easily attract big investors without selling us out to them. We will build on fair deals and
promotion of our homegrown products. All depends on choosing the right leaders, who have to be
humble, fair, competent and servants to the people and the greater common good. And it depends
on leading well by example by each Ambalander as well. Richness is not for consumption by the
chosen few, it is for preserving and using to the benefit of all. If the Ambalanders think that
successful liberation means that everybody can buy fat cars and flashy clothes later, they are wrong
as long as these cars and clothes are still made abroad and filling foreign accounts rather than
Ambish accounts.

22. Ambazonia could advertise herself as a “BUFFER STATE” between Nigeria and Cameroon:
everybody in the world understands that the English and the French do not come along well with
each other as soon as the either tries to rule over the other. So the necessity to have a buffer state
between the “two worlds” is seen and understood by many and could boost the international
advocacy of an independent Ambazonia. “Ambazonia is a rich and peaceful buffer state between
Nigeria and Cameroon, which prevents clashes between Nigerian and Camerounese extremists”,
that’s what Ambazonians should answer if somebody is asking: “What is Ambazonia?”. Ambazonia
doesn’t need UN buffer troops though. The UN betrayed Ambazonia for decades so this has to end
also. Ambazonia is buffer by herself.

23. Ambazonia needs Nigeria as ally and should not tease Nigeria: Nigeria has very delicate domestic
problems and also a unique history of partly problematic relations with LRC, therefore the
Ambazonian leadership needs to be very careful in its diplomatic missions to the Nigerian
government, which cannot say openly that it supports Ambazonia because it doesn’t want to
jeopardize her common fight with LRC against Boko Haram, so that Ambazonia’s safehaven for
homeland defense training in Nigeria is tolerated. Therefore Ambazonian shall not demonstrate
before Nigerian embassies and come in reproachful tone. Instead any kind of Nigerian recognition of
Ambazonia’s / SC’s autonomous legal history shall be built on. Nigeria wants a peaceful solution and
Ambazonia should always ask how the Nigerians want it before imposing anything on them.

24. The Nation comes before the tribe or family and requires sacrifices: We have to start redefining
what good chiefs or leaders are. Good chiefs don’t collaborate with enemies for their own personal
gain. Ambazonian chiefs shall put the interest of the Ambazonian nation above the interest of the
tribe or the family or the ego. So right now, when the nation is threatened by genocide, chiefs shall
give medals for especially courageous own footsoldiers or agents who turn around a foe
chief/officer into a friend chief/officer. The best war strategy has always been to turn your foe into
your friend, as long as it is possible. If not, chiefs have to unite and subordinate under the guerilla
professionals and best strategy of the Republic of Ambazonia to defend the common homeland
well. Chiefs who continue collaboration with LRC shall be depowered and depossessed. The people
have the power and legitimacy to remove suckers and traitors from their position. But that should
be done in a civilized way, with the chief’s right to speak and defend himself, and with listening to
the other chief’s council.

25. Our refugees shall flood the British embassy in Nigeria. Britain needs to be taught to recognize
LRC’s occupation army as foreign aggression to former British Southern Cameroons, now called
Ambazonia, as was chosen as state name by the Ambazonian people in majority. Britain needs to
learn that the old type of brushing sub-saharan problems under the French carpet will bring more
and more problems, if this problem is not solved once and for all. “Ambazonia” might not be a
purely native name, but since there are so many tribes and languages in Ambazonia it is not possible
or fair to favor one tribe to be the namegiver for the whole nation.

26. New national rituals and ceremonies: The Ambazonian Round Table of Leaders shall define and
practice new ritual commemoration ceremonies for fallen heroes, because our nation’s ceremonies
shall be different from tribal ceremonies or from the enemy’s state ceremonies. The Ambazonian
nation’s ceremonies, emblems and flags have to create Ambazonian identity and need to be the
same all over. All foot soldiers of Ambazonia have to be declared as regular soldiers of the
Ambazonian State’s Defense Forces, not “vigilantes”, “rebels”, “guerilla”, but “regular Ambazonian
Army” or for now “Ambazonian National Defense Forces”, who deserve a state burial, if fallen, for
example, with all the state emblems shown. Also political prisoners shall get all the honors by state.
The State has to produce symbolistic and ceremonial expressions for particular ranks in society also,
so that everyone who holds a certain position and fulfills a certain task can identify with a certain
symbol for it and is also praised for doing a good job officially and visibly to all others who should
see it. The groups have to unify their symbols and coat of arms, letterheads, ejapoulets and the flag.
The peace dove looks still a little naïve on the flag. It’s beautiful and has a deep positive meaning, so
why not. But actually that all the symbols and ceremonials look the same and are standardized and
liked by the people and be spread and made wellknown everywhere in the world is more important
than the outlook.

27. Ambazonia’s leaders cannot give the decisionmaking into the hands of the angry mob in the
homeland: because mere anger without deeper knowledge produces mistakes. Self defense of the
homeland is good and necessary, but it should not bring the boys into suicide missions and exhaust
oneself in spiral of violence of asymmetric warfare which in the end would not bring any real success
anyway, if both the mob and the enemy never learned about international law principles and how
success can also partly be reach by peaceful methods of negotiations or getting sovereignty
recognized before courts and parliaments my means of teaching foreign powers about the real legal
status of Ambazonia. Ghost town and momentum flash mob actions may help the people’s feeling
of being involved, but self-harming does not really bring a solution. Changing the enemy’s behavior
brings a solution.

28. A webpage www.ambagov.org/ambalandsaysnotofrançafrique shall be created and serve as role
model for other suffering neo-colonies of France. Ambazonian facebook groups shall adopt content
from there.

29. The state name “Ambazonia” and “Ambaland” shall be used equally, but “Ambazonia” in
conversation with Africans and “Ambaland” in conversation with Non-Africans, because NonAfricans
deem “land” as far more sovereign as a “zone”. Since Ambazonians have native, Christian
and tribe names parallel in their personal names, that should be no problem. Of course the people
shall decide in a referendum about their final state’s name, but why not adopting these plausible,
well-known names right now already.

30. No name “SC” anymore, because it’s disadvantageous: The name for our independent state, nation
and people Ambazonia/Ambaland shall be embraced by all revolutionary groups and the old name
“Southern Cameroons” shall be dropped completely, because since 1984 we are not the southern
appendix of any neocolonialist structure or name anymore. Only before British courts or in context
of historical research the name “SC” can still be used.

31. The letters “SC” shall be replaced by “A” in the group titles SCNC, MoRISC, SCINGA, SCARM, SCAPO
etc., cause the Interim Government and the People are going for “Federal Republic of Ambazonia”.
The “SC”s have to realize that it’s the people who want the name “Ambazonia” and the diaspora
groups have to follow the people in the homeland and not the other way round.

32. Ambazonians shall stop calling themselves “Southern Cameroonians”, because that immediately
associates them to Cameroon and billions of people in the world who may be supportive would
throw the Ambazonians automatically into the same pot with the Camerounese and regard the
Ambazonian “problems” as an internal matter of Cameroon to solve. Because they don’t know
about the colonial history and the difference between British Cameroons and French Cameroun and
all its details and frankly, the people and powers in the world do not care that much about colonial
history anymore but about a future with economic possibilities for everybody.

33. IG & Co have to seek the people’s mandate: It is clear that during revolution and resistance against
a tyrannic regime which occupied the homeland this homeland cannot carry out regular elections,
so leaders are handpicked somehow by other leaders who deem them able. Nevertheless all leaders
and “interim governments” shall seek the mandate of the people, because we want to establish a
democracy and not another tyranny. So although any “revolution government” works rather like an
army with internal “dictatorship” the leaders shall at least try to develop into the direction of
democracy and do exercise democratic voting procedures in meetings and start assessments how
many in the population are actually standing behind a leader. The ambagov.org website should
implement the possibility of online voting and protocollers during conferences shall document vote
counts of the attending ones. We have to show the world that we are civilized democrats and not
Boko Haram or Biya step children.

34. Even when elections are not possible yet, we must demand them: Ambazonia’s leadership needs
to pronounce stronger in all international negotiations that it had its own constitution of “Southern
Cameroons” on 1st Oct of 1960 already and they were de facto recognized as independent. And later
the plebiscitarian union between SC and LRC was cited at the UN after the Foumban Accord as a
union of two states which each shall have their own parliament, and furthermore any “con”federal
union was dissolved 1984 by the Cameroonian parliament and finally 1990 Fon Dinka was
formalizing the replacement of the name SC by the name Ambazonia before the UN, so the UN
knows about Ambazonia’s unique post-colonial sovereignty very well, and also the Commonwealth
and the UK know and they cannot undo all this now. Therefore now the Ambazonian elections of
own government, own constitution, own army, own currency etc. are legitimate and legal and any
Ambazonian participation in pan-Cameroonian elections must be refused. These elections may not
appear doable in revolutionary times, but demanding them or a plebiscite before the UN, UK, AU,
EU etc. is a must! And if they say no, Ambazonians shall do it anyway, at the right moment, when
the successful defense from manipulation can be guaranteed.

35. www.ambagov.org shall make unmanipulable online voting possible: Maybe in connection with
the citizenship registration. Why not doing an open election, meaning that on every ballot there is
the citizen registration number? To get webmasters and international election observers on board
who know how to guarantee manipulation-free online voting is a prime necessity for the IG. Once it
has got them on board and RoA has succeeded with bailiff action and our troops have gained
territory, the IG can publicly announce the date of election or referendum day. The international
organizations also have the duty to make democratic elections possible for any people in the world
who wants them, cause they grant it to every nation and they also grant freedom of expression in
any nation. If they blame us for secessionism,, then we can at least demand to carry out a poll.

36. “Federal” in “FRA” does not mean federalization with LRC but federal structure inside “Federal
Republic of Ambazonia”. When it is about the topic Federation Yes/No in debates we just
pronounce: “Ambazonia wants a federal structure inside itself but not a federation with French
Cameroun. French Cameroun shall have its own federal structure inside, but not federation with
Ambazonia. A CONfederacy though between the two sovereign nations may come later though, IF
both have a reformed constitution each and the two peoples voted both with yes in two separated
referenda independently.” So the RoA under Fon Dinka should adopt the name FRA because
federalism inside Ambazonia makes sense, because we don’t want another unitary state like Paris
enthroned in Yaounde, which is a good breeding ground for dictators. So keep in mind: “federation
with LRC” means incomplete independence but “confederation” means complete independence. Big
difference!

37. Offering “Confederacy” as bait to France instead of “Federation” is a possibility: To appease France
and to prove to the world that Ambazonians are for stability in the region, we may say: “Ambazonia
and French Cameroun will form a better Confederacy than in the past, based on two independent
referenda in both sovereign nations, in which the future economic and cultural ties will be settled.”
Confederacy doesn’t mean that Ambazonia and Sanagia federate with each other, it means that
they are each federated and reformed inside, and once the reform of their systems and
governments took place, they will keep very close business relationship like brother and sister. It’s
just that brother Cameroun will not rape sister Ambazonia anymore, but both siblings control their
own resources each and do self-govern. That’s called CONfederacy. And of course it can only be
AFTER all occupants have been kicked out of Ambazonia. And it is decisive what small print lines are
under the treaty headlines. It must not happen again that LRC is pulling “SC” over the table again
because the SC didn’t read the small print. So a real CONfederacy with LRC while LRC still has a Biya
dictatorship or other puppet regime of Françafrique is out of question!

38. “Ambazonia” is as good as “America”. No, it is even better!: Awareness shall be raised about that
America got independent as “Americans” not “Southern Englishs” or “Western Frenchmen”,
because independent states need independent names for international recognition of
independence. But the USA are actually not really exercising true federalism inside which would give
each state true autonomy like having own way of architecture, money system, police force, laws,
self-governance etc., instead Washington DC is exercising centralism to a degree like a unitary state,
at least on the money-, media- and military sectors. Ambazonia can restart with a new constitution
which is much better than the US constitution! We don’t need to make the same mistakes as the
founding fathers of the US did! We live in 2018 and on www.constituteproject.org you can read all
the constitutions in the world in pick out the best from the best from wherever you want!

39. Making Ambazonia tasty for the USA, without selling us out: Ambazonia could say to the USA: “We
want to become the United States of Ambazonia/Ambaland! Our 13 to 15 counties will become
states!” Just to make the Americans more in favor for us. The USA are also a Federal Republic and
United “States” at the same time. But that does not mean that we have to copy everything else from
the USA! Ambazonia can be the African way of umbrella for 13 to 15 states in which traditional rule
is still allowed on local level of governance but into the national legislative assembly every
representative of the people needs to be democratically elected by the people! No House of Chiefs
on the national level anymore! No birthright into power and money, but limited terms of
responsible representation of the people for only those who are competent enough!

40. Ambazonia’s diplomacy with UK and France shall not be pulled over their tables: In diplomatic
conversations with the United Kingdom and France shall be achieved that the UK is not blamed for
the past mistakes but praised for the present wisdom and France is not feeling that it will lose all
business opportunities. Both shall be made convinced that Ambazonia and Sanagia (former French
Cameroun) will not really “break apart” but reestablish “historically grown autonomy” and
“amicable solutions” which “guarantee long term stability”. They shall be convinced that the
artificial union between Anglophones and Francophones doesn’t work and that it is better to
increase the level of self-governance. Everybody knows that Cameroon needs a big clean-up of her
corrupt system, but what France and England don’t know yet is that the many peoples in Cameroon
do not need a “strong man” because they have grown up and learned their lesson out of
dictatorship and because a multi-ethnic state needs a federal structure with real regional selfgovernance
rather than unitarism. France and UK need to be convinced that fair business practices
eye to eye in mutual respect bears more chances for profits than enslavement and neo-colonialism.
All what Ambazonia needs to do is convince all European powers that the many tribes in Cameroon
and Ambazonia won’t fight against each other when they get the right constitution and a
government of competence who swears an oath to it.

41. All groups must commit to Ambazonia’s nationality and constitutionality: All revolutionary groups
and interim entities shall publish on their website on which constitutional law they are basing the
independence of Ambazonia. RoA has published it on www.ambazonia.org already. But the
www.ambagov.org didn’t and the other groups also not. This common publishing is absolutely
necessary to show the world our unity in the most essential part and that is the best basis for
getting sufficient funds to defend ourselves from illegal occupation. Because we can only define the
illegality of this occupation based on the constitutionality of our restoration quest. Key is the old
Constitution of British Southern Cameroons Order in Council, which gave SC an own parliament and
government. Since 1984 the union between SC and LRC is dissolved by parliament and since 1992
the name Ambazonia is known at the UN, so all is left is the Federal Republic of Ambazonia is getting
its own parliament elected and own army and currency in command. The 2002 Abuja Court Case is
also highly relevant. All of our groups and the IG have to publish on which constitutional law exactly
they base the independence of Ambazonia.

42. The IG has to adopt RoA’s legal constitutional achievements: There is no way this eighth
government of Ambazonia since 1984 is going to survive, if it doesn’t build on RoA’s already made
achievements on the field of international recognition of Ambazonia’s sovereignty. Our present IG
needs Fon Dinka’s achievements in getting the artificial union between SC and LRC declared illegal
before UN Law, but RoA needs also the formation of interim government-like structures, because
even during a revolution it needs working teams in departments, order, discipline and hierarchy.
Governing Ambazonia cannot be a one man show like the Biya show, it must be a team. That team
must be elected by a procedure which shows how many percent of the votes any leader has got by
the others. Both In a democracy and in a liberation war no one has a birthright on leadership
positions. It’s competence which decides. So while the main power may be given to Ambazonia’s
military leaders for a while until victory, the building of real governmental work in departments can
be prepared at least, like a test run and RoA or Morisc shall not object it.

43. Strict Finance control and only one State Account: Ambazonia wants accountability instead of Biyatyranny,
so Ambazonia needs to show up with accountability. And because it does not create
accountability if you put the donations into many accounts which are controlled by who God knows
it is a must to put all income together into one account which is controlled by all members of the
leadership council and in that council have to be the leaders of all involved groups. Donations and
spendings have to be published and it is ok when 50% for defense and infowar are not retracable. At
least the habit that each sub-group opens its own “state account” has to end.

44. Ambazonian Leadership needs blood oath with “Knights of Ambazonia”: It does not matter,
whether you call the leading structure of Ambazonia a “government” or a “republic” or “united
front” or a “secretariat” or “the tigers”, what matters is that this leadership structure is backing
what the guerilla fight necessities dictate and what the international bailiff and negotiation partners
dictate and following what the necessities for the homeland dictate. The leadership has to back up
all people in and out of all revolutionary groups who are doing something effective for reaching the
withdrawal of the occupier and the restoration of independent statehood. Therefore Ambazonia
needs the “Knights of Ambazonia” round table as a secret brotherhood & sisterhood who swear an
oath to defend Ambazonia’s independence and new constitution to the death. The elected leaders
do not need to be knights themselves but they have to know the knights and the knights have the
right to kill any elected leader and vice versa who would sabotage the common agenda, after having
discussed it with all the other knights resp. leaders.

45. Ambazonians help fighting terrorists!: In international media we say: “Ambazonians are mainly
good Christians, a few peaceful Muslims and many native believers who fight terrorists! We
Ambazonians help the US, AU, EU and France to fight Boko Haram!” This way French media cannot
paint us as terrorists anymore, which we really are not, because we are defenders of international
law. Also we can point out that France is secretly sponsoring Boko Haram in order to legitimize
French military presence in Africa. So we can demand at the non-French powers that they shall
pressure France to start playing clean in Africa.

46. Ambazonia case before British High Court must be supported: Mr. Mola Lysongo Makweley is
fighting before the British Administrative and High Court for the recognition of the constitutional
sovereignty of Southern Cameroons aka Ambazonia. He needs to be supported by all Ambazonians
and groups and best lawyers Ambazonia has. The IG & RoA have to declare how they are supporting
this court case. It shall not be a court case of a single individual against a country, but of a country
before another country. Therefore Ambazonia has to be represented before British Courts by a
team.

47. Teaching Francophones the truth: The Frankophones are mainly brainwashed by the censored CRTV
and they don’t know why the Ambazonians are “such troublemakers” and they don’t understand
that French malgovernance is the troublemaker, therefore the Ambazonians must double and triple
their efforts to teach the Francophones about the truth which is all written on www.ambazonia.org
and point out that the main problem is that Biya steals all the resources of both Ambazonia and
Sanagia into foreign accounts. “France, stop stealing the resources of the peaceful Ambazonians and
Camerounese! France stop producing refugees from Cameroon into Europe! France, stop sponsoring
puppet dictators in Africa!” So far the diaspora country leaderships are much too lazy to build teams
who are doing this job and spreading the truth to media channels.

48. Moving the frontline into the enemy’s headquarters: It is France-Biya’s tactics to draw us deeper
and deeper into a spiral of violence which we can’t win if France would start a full-scale war by all
means. Therefore we move the frontline from the homeland into the homes of the enemy’s leaders
and put maximum fear and shame into them. The world has to understand: “Enough is enough! The
colonial times where you can make politics in Africa without really caring for those people in “Sub
Sahara” is finally and totally OVER! If you vex an African peace dove too much it becomes a dragon
which spits fire, bioweapons & voodoo!” Fire on arrows and bows are actually a good weapon
against occupiers, and if soldiers come into your house to shoot you you can at least throw a
readymade mug with petrol on him and some fire following, that usually stops shooting.

49. We trust in our guerilla by oath even when not every penny is accounted for: And mentally we
start trusting our secret guerilla, our DoD, our elder commanders in the diaspora, who had collected
military experience in the 90s already, and we stop asking for accountability of every penny,
because this is not possible in times of guerilla and fight for survival. Instead of critizising unefficient
guerilla every Ambazonian should become part of the guerilla and fulfill supportive actions. The
swearing of an oath of allegiance is necessary for that. The oath should say “… for transformation of
whole Cameroon into two free, anti-corrupt, anti-colonialist, pro-democratic, pro-confederal states
Ambazonia and Sanagia which are each independent and have modern constitutions … “

50. Big parties need to unlearn collaboration with La Regime: Mr. Akere Muna, SDF members and
CPDM have to learn eventually that the times of foul, profitable compromises with the corrupt
regime in Yaounde-Paris are over. Ambazonia shall boycott all pan-Cameroonian elections! If all
these “managers with La Regime” want to do something good to Cameroon they shall write a better
constitution for Cameroon! Any child can write a better constitution than the present French
Cameroonian patchwork constitution, which gives a dictator all free passes there are! If you call
yourself a lawyer, then do something according to your qualification!

51. John Ndi Fru shall retire in honor: he recently welcomed in a taped interview on youtube the arrest
of the IG which is in contrary to the principles of the SCNC which is part of the IG, and he does not
speak out pro Ambazonia although the people wants Ambazonia and not Southern Cameroons, so
he shall retire.

52. The NW-SW-Divide or tribalist divisions are erased from the Ambazonian restoration quest: The
restoration of statehood, sovereignty, independence of Ambazonia is a national matter of survival to
all Ambazonians. Our situation is like sitting in a rescue boat while Titanic Cameroun is sinking, there
is not time to fight each other, but everybody must row in tact to another rescuing ship which is
called United States of Ambazonia. Stop using tribal features in pubic debates. The future
constitution of Ambazonia wil give tribes and counties relative local autonomy in a federal structure,
but no tribe will get more from the national revenues than the other per capita. The artificial
cololnialist borderline between SW and NW will be erased.

53. Ambazonians shall make a good map of Ambazonia out of google earth satellite pictures: if you
open google earth and put it on small scale so that you see the houses and all the streets then you
can just make a photo of the computer screen and do that for the whole Ambazonian territory. That
will give about 2000 photos and each covers the area of 5 times 5 kilometer. Then you transform the
photo in a painting program into a format with less bytes in which all forest for example is just
green, the water just blue, houses just black and so on and you put all the photos together into one
file in the same scale. Our guerilla needs that and Ambazonia needs it in general. Hopefully
geographic institutions all over the world can help. A good map is just central to win a war and
develop a country.

54. European “Marshall Plan With Africa” contradicts Françafrique: The new European Marshall Plan
With Africa, which is downloadable on the EU website, is contradicting the Françafrique concept of
exploiting African countries like parasites do. Of course the Marshall Plan is not without economic
sin, but the word “with” is a decisive difference signaling the will for true partnership, so that the
Marshall Plan becomes an instrument to use against France’s, Switzerland’s and Belgium’s neocolonialist
robber corporations. It may become the main tool to strengthen the EU’s position and
lobbying against Françfrique and for Ambazonia’s better political and economic concept.

55. We need an African-European Marshall Plan: The AU needs to show the EU, what the EU could still
amend in the “European Marshall Plan With Africa”. We need to identify who is lobbying for
Ambazonia at the AU and at the EU. Ambazonian leaders need to tell the Ambazonian population
which members of the AU are pro and contra freedom & independence in Ambazonia! The few good
ones in the AU, who are not bribed by French “donations”, shall work out an “African Marshall Plan
With Europe” and Ambazonian academia shall help them! The word “Marshall” may be replaced by
an African name, but all in all its better to have a label which the Europeans understand.

56. IG, RoA & Groups shall do united secret diplomacy: If all our revolutionary groups and the IG and
the RoA will unite now in their diplomatic spearhead missions to UN, UK, US, AU and EU, saying that
based on all this constitutional history of Ambazonia’s/SC’s independence French Cameroun must
be called a foreign aggressor and annexor and be called immediately to withdraw its troops from
Ambazonia and push new plebiscites in both Ambazonia and Sanagia (French Cameroun), together
with the argument that Biya violated any constitution and international law all the time, then this
common diplomatic pulling on one string has to be successful. But for now this diplomacy has to be
done by Ambazonia’s biggest brains secretly and in bipartisan way and no foreign government shall
be feeling embarrassed or publicly blackmailed. It would be nice if any head of state of a foreign
country would openly declare his opposition to Françafrique and Biya-regime, but it is not likely yet,
so all effort has to be laid on the “second and third levels” of power with the inofficial stakeholders
of political-economic change.

57. Fon Dinka shall be supported although he seems distanced to the people, because he follows the
truly effective leverage possibilities against French Cameroun and France and for reaching
international recognition of an independent Ambazonia before international law. Some people and
groups may rather follow Pa Litumbe, Prof. Anyangwe and Prof. Ayim’s philosophy than Fon Dinka’s,
but they are basically not so far apart altogether and could be combined to one master strategy for
bailiff action. The main thing to remember in this is that every group or leader or IG, which tries to
ignore Fon Dinka’s approach will fail, because concerning international legal leverage points Fon
Dinka is just right, whether people like him or not! The website www.amabazonia.org really needs
an overhaul though …

58. Trick of demanding only “higher autonomy”: Now, if the big powers and Nigeria fear that allowing
Ambazonia independence would make the Biafrans or Northern Cameroonians also cry for
independence, then Ambazonia could do the trick to say: “We have an African solution for that:
Ambazonia renounces a seat in the UN and anybody may still say ‘Ambazonia is still part of
Cameroon’, but only under the condition that Ambazonia gets higher autonomy in determining its
own capital, own government, own constitution, own police, and own currency.” Instead of
“independence” all international powers shall call Ambazonia’s status “special Anglophone
Ambazonian autonomy” and the trick is that after reaching this intermediate step Ambazonia just
needs to wait until the senile Biya is shoveling his own grave in French Cameroun and with his
follower under Makron it will be much easier to negotiate for economic treaties in which an
“autonomous Ambazonia” develops gradually into an “independent Ambazonia”. Better a sparrow
in the hand than a pigeon on the roof or genocided. After catching the sparrow we can still hunt the
pigeon. Every tiny little gain in advantage needs to be climbed in the first place.

59. Followers of Biya shall be of different quality: Ambazonia’s diplomats have to propose to all
external powers to support only followers of Biya who were not part of the present system. Let’s
motivate the French foreign intelligence for example that a modern, progressive, liberal follower of
Biya is better for business, because France’s international reputation for sponsoring criminal puppet
dictators in Africa is doing more harm to France than they hope to gain from these dictators. Other
powers all over the world will also stop doing business with France if France continues its dirty foul
play in Africa. All foreign powers have to be convinced that recruiting out of the pool of sin will not
create angels. We need to recruit from a different pool. It needs the total replacement of the
present Biya government by a totally new category of young, modern, competent, democratic
politicians. Only this will rescue France’s reputation.

60. Ambazonians need to recognize when leaders do a tactical cheat on France: The Ambazonian
leadership and population needs to separate better in mind between a) how we let ourselves
appear in the eyes of UN, US, UK, AU, EU and b) what we are actually doing internally and defense
wise. If our leaders would go out and tell the world tactically: “We want to stay in Cameroon, but
just have different level of autonomy and reformed federalism.” that does not mean, that internally
we are really driving any stay in Cameroon or any federation with Cameroon. Our population needs
to learn that our enemy needs to be cheated, because he cheats us also. Tactics demands that we
first prevent genocide and therefore we make the enemy believe by all means that we comply with
his demands, while internally we just continue to build up our defense capabilities and creative
approaches for problem solution. If somebody is playing dirty on us, we can play even dirtier on
him! And we start the just defense war only after having reached certain Blitzkrieg victory
capabilities.

61. The French Cameroonian constitution is a horrific pile of fake paragraphs, giving a dictator any
loophole he wants and doing nothing against French hegemonic dependency and exploitation. That
can be easily shown by comparison with good constitutions all over the world (which you can read
at www.constituteproject.org for example). Whole Cameroon, both Ambazonia and Sanagia, needs
a total overhaul, a complete systemic reform, a full exchange of the old constitutions and
governments by new ones. So every Ambazonian should start teaching the world that it is a disgrace
how the League of Nations is still accepting this totally outdated Cameroonian neo-colonialist
patchwork constitution and puppet government by showing up with the new, hundred times better
constitution which RoA will soon publish.

62. Oath to the new Constitution: Ambazonians need to publicly commit that they are willing to swear
an oath to a new draft of a constitution, which is modern, democratic, anti-colonialist and has the
strictest finance control and anti-corruption-rules in the world. In the liberated Ambazonia every
government official or treasury-keeper or tax collector or police officer, who puts public money into
private pockets will be impeached and fired immediately without lengthy processes before court.
Ambazonians need to say yes to zero tolerance with corruption. The French Camerounese shall
undergo the same constitutional reform in the post Biya era.

63. Ambazonia National Bank with Amba currency: Ambazonia can establish an ANB issuing Amba
currency already while an International Trusteeship of Progressive and Visionary Banks &
Stakeholders can guarantee for its value and stability until Ambazonia has regained full control over
its territory, resources and national taxing & spending. The decisive part is the guarantee of the
stable exchange rate between Amba and other currencies, and that can only be achieved when the
Ambazonian military and police is loyal to the new, democratically elected government of
Ambazonia and guarding any national reserve from any possible theft totally reliably. Also the
Ambazonian Information & Communication Ministry must be able to counter any propaganda or
buy-off-attacks by the French Franc system. Ambazonia could even propose to France to help
keeping an eye on France’s currency reserves on Ambazonian territory, because France is a crisis
region with many refugees and in the nuclear war zone while Ambazonia is rich and peaceful and
out of danger! Haha, that would be a good propaganda trick: “Hey France, what you can do with us
we can do with you too! And if you don’t agree we will colonize you!” Ths may sound like a joke but
it is dead serious that Africa has more future than war-ridden Europe between two nuclear
superpowers ready to trigger any time!

64. Ambazonia shall brandmark France for gambling away her currency reserves from the treasury in
Paris on international markets. A deep look into the treasury in Paris will show, that they have
nothing left there. Ambazonian leaders have to call international finance regulation bodies to
admonish France to check how much is left and to give back Ambazonian reserves to Ambazonia.
65. Triple Ambazonian farmers’ harvests: Combined with the Ambazonian National Bank and Amba
currency, which can be printed outside Ambazonia until succeeded reconquering shall be a
campaign towards doubling and tripling the self-sustainability of Ambazonian farmers. Everywhere
on the internet you see now videos of creative inventors, university projects and new genius
machines and computers, which allow farmers to triple their harvest by reduced costs. This
generates enormous values to which bankers give loans for startup. Ambazonia’s IG needs a team of
experts which is permanently working on that.

66. Protection of Ambazonian farmers and plantations from price dumping of foreign supermarkets:
this protection of regional markets and their prices can only be achieved, when the nation and the
counties = states in the liberated Ambazonia do effectively forbid foreign supermarket chains to
settle on their territory or trade their goods under price.

67. Foreward ever backward never! Clearness in the internal standpoints: The French never built up
anything in Ambazonian lands, instead they deliberately dismantled our facilities and transported
them into their areas. They maliciously cut off our power grid, water supply, internet, fishing
industry, oil industry, milk industry, … just everythying, it was deliberate extinction policy. We said
the final good-bye to LRC and Françafrique now on Oct. 1st 2017 and that will never be undone
again! There is no way back! Foreward ever backward never! Pseudo-leaders who still advocate
Federation with La Dictature du Cameroun shall be depowered! We just don’t federalize or unionize
with robbers, criminals and rapists, sorry! We are proud Amba(zonian) Men & Women, not the
“southern” appendix of any colonizing power! We don’t want to restore anything French or British
anymore! We are not “Cameroonians” anymore, since that is a colonialist’s name, which means
“crabs” in Portuguese! We are Ambazonians! But still we don’t hate the Francophones, we just
recommend that they should also liberate themselves from the octopus France-Biya and change
their state’s name to a native name: Sanagia. We want our brothers and sisters east of the Mungo
river all well; they shall also live in a FREE NATION OF SANAGIA, in a democracy not a dictatorship of
corruption and exploitation! We want good relationships with them in all fields, we just don’t want
to be ruled by them anymore, that’s all! Does Berlin rule in Vienna or Zürich? Does London still rule
Dublin? Does Bejing rule Taipeh?

68. Strategic necessity to think not only about Ambazonia but about whole Cameroon: It is a mistake
to say: “Oh, I don’t care for French Cameroun, let’s just get Ambazonia independent, all I care is
Ambazonia!”, because the international world of diplomacy wants to see “stability” in the “whole
region” and only when they see that Ambazonia drives that for the whole region, then Ambazonia
will get the means to actually defend its independence.

69. No foul compromise with LRC anymore: It is also a mistake to say: “Let’s make a compromise or
union or federation with French Cameroun, aren’t we brothers and sisters?” because the French
way of doing politics will never harmonize with the English way of doing entrepreneurism. It may
work in Canada, where they have infinite space, but it doesn’t work in Africa, because the French
misuse the African hospitality for exploitation and French assimilation policies put Africans into
trance, whereas the English way enables Africans to business.

70. Sonara must be taken over intact at last. That step comes at last, but the supply routes of the
enemy shall be cut as much as possible as soon as our statehood is restored and recognized by at
least one major non-African power. The takeover of Sonara will come after working out a better
deal, which acknowledges that the oil belongs to Ambazonia and Ambazonian’s need to be trained
to run Sonara. What is Sonara worth to France and other profiting countries? What’s the value of
other, still unexploited oil and gas fields? Ambazonia probably only needs to give 1% away in order
to have sufficient homeland defense supply. Ambazonia should strike a far better deal with the
presently involved corporations than she has now.

71. Whistling back Ambazonian MPs from Yaounde: The pressure on those Ambazonian
parliamentarians who still think its appropriate to betray the homeland by serving in a foreign
corrupt government must be increased, to officially announce and carry out the withdrawel from
the parliament or senate etc. in Yaounde. If they don’t do it they shall be expatriated and their
possessions in the homeland shall be confiscated and used for the defeat of the enemy. On the
other hand if they form an Ambazonian parliament inside Ambazonia, the united chiefs of
Ambazonia shall pay them emoluments for a while, until they have organized the first national
elections.

72. Nigerian border region is strategically decisive: All leaders of Ambazonia must show more presence
in the Nigerian border regions and talk things out with the Nigerian chiefs there to the mutual
benefit. Ambazonian Defense Forces must appear as protectors of Nigerian and Ambazonian
civilians from foreign aggressors and mercenaries coming from LRC. East Nigeria and Ambazonia
shall be a buffer zone against French aggression and terrorism. LRC’s troops are foreign in Nigeria
and Ambazonia. Their legitimacy there is zero. Ambazonian leaders can convince the Nigerian
leaders that Ambazonia will offer the better business opportunities than Yaounde.

73. Our United Platform needs to look promising for venture capitalists: any potential big-time
investor into independent Ambazonia needs to become certain, that “these leader guys” of
Ambazonia will hold their promises and can guarantee that after the kickout of the occupier the
contracts will be fulfilled. This cannot be done by mere lip confessions but only by self-binding to a
new constitution of Ambazonia which sets the right frame for stability, reliability and prevention of
sellout in the economic and political relations. Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea and other
successful African states as well as ECOWAS can show how it’s done. One decisive trust building
factor is the building of trusts, banks, holdings, groups etc. with well-defined mechanisms for
“unforeseen” eventualities to which all contract partners sign to and which will punish all possible
future contract breakers effectively. The contracts should last for many years to get reliability into
the deal and rule out coup d’etats, and the profit percentages have to be calculated precisely, so
that nobody is running away too early or stopping training obligations for the staff of facilities, in
order not to miss future profit.

74. Ambazonia has many friends and sympathizers abroad, who are tired of the French suckers in
Africa as well. Ambazonia seeks billionaires all over the world to invest into its homeland defense
and a much much better constitution, government and economic plan, where a billionaire can easily
make two billions out of one billion in short time, as soon as the French octopus is removed. Like
Singapore, Kuwait, Dubai, Ghana, Canada, Norway, … our oil will bring us boom, freedom and
prosperity!

75. Ambazonia doesn’t need a full scale army but an effective, unbribable police and absolutely loyal
special security forces: if the Ambazonian bailiff action is tied well to the Ambazonian security
forces and the investor group understands the humanitarian necessity of full-scale-war-prevention,
then Ambazonia shouldn’t put her neighbors into fear of being attacked any time, but into trust that
Ambazonia just needs enough security to regulate herself. We need just enough to defend ourselves
but not so much that uncontrolled generals start conquering territory in neighboring countries.
76. We need to get more coverage in the mainstream media: Demonstrations on the street are good
for meeting and exchanging amoung ourselves, but not as effective concerning the pressure on the
people sitting in the buildings in front of which we demonstrate. More effective is getting into the
meainstream media news. For that we either have to achieve or do something spectacular or to
hammer into the consciousness of the chief editors until they are willing to give Ambazonia some
coverage. Another strategy is to accumulate so much feedback from self-made media productions
that the mainstream media cannot ignore them anymore. In any case Ambazonia has to sell itself as
something “surprisingly new” in Africa, as the “new spring of hope”, as “first truly independent West
African state”, as “Africa’s nuclear peace bomb”, as “the awaken African dragon”, as “the trigger of
the African freedom avalanche”, …

77. If the African Union opens an intervention unit of thousands of African Standby Forces in Douala:
then Ambazonians shall demand that their command and officers shall consist of at least 20%
Amabazonians according to the population proportion in Cameroon, and they shall focus on
removing of all terrorists including those in the government in Yaounde …

78. Both avoiding casualities and escalating the struggle are necessary: it is logical that the
Ambazonian liberation from French Camerounese occupation should not fall into a spiral of violence
in which the French would answer always with adding more troops and stronger weapons and
bigger massacres. Of course all sides have to try to minimize death and to do everything possible to
reach acceptable political solutions by non-violent means first. The door to dialogue should never be
fully closed. But the independence of Ambazonia is also non-negotiable and being bought by
corruption is also no option. So since the Biya regime is totally unwilling to move away from
corruption and annexation, the struggle needs to be escalated first in order to increase the national
and international pressure on this regime and on the puppet players France and Switzerland and in
order to force those Ambazonians who didn’t contribute anything so far into showing their true
colors. For now: controlled escalation.

79. France & French Camerounese troops have no chance against 8 million determined Ambas: we
shall not underrate the French Camerounese soldier numbers, firepower, airpower and bought
ruthlessness, but all in all France is militarily overwhelmed in controlling half of Africa and the new
premier Makron does also not want to be regarded as the slaughterer of Africa. So it’s not likely that
France will come with bombers and there lies a real good chance for the Ambazonians to defeat the
occupier militarily by mere bush guerilla skills and financial-military support by a wise, visionary
foreign stakeholder! If only the Ambazonians would stop their infighting and trashing each other for
any odd, unimportant or tribalist reason! The Ambazonians don’t need perfect unity among
themselves though, all they need is not looking like a crazy henhouse of chiefs and underchiefs
anymore all moving into different directions and each of them wanting to play the king first and
claiming positions before doing something. The Ambazonians and their decisive chiefs shall be
disciplined in their unity and may call themselves “Ambazonia Oil For Weapons Independence
Group” or whatever instead of “government”, all what matters is that they are truly fighting
together against the common enemy and not against each other. When the Vietnamese could
defeat America out of the bush, the Ambas can defeat France out of the bush a hundred times. The
American General Patton once said: “I prefer to have a German army in front of me than a French
army behind me!”, that tells it all. The Amba warriors know their terrain much better than the
French. On top of that the identity of the leading soldiers of the occupier are all well-known to the
Ambazonians and they and their families will be all held accountable …

80. Conclave 1 & 2 had the bylaws which allow a United Platform for all Leaders: and these bylaws
shall be applied now on the totality of IG, RoA and all groups. These bylaws are about mandatory
procedures for internal voting and finance control and policy creation, so they are the tool to win
the struggle and defeat the common enemy altogether. Victory comes when each faction
understands that he, she or it cannot defeat France alone. Only the common keeping to the same
new rules will do that. Good rules can build a United Platform which allows each group its relative
autonomy, so there is no need to form parallel governments. As soon as the money flows to the
best general with the most convincing fighting results the other groups will follow this general’s
success anyway.

81. Hidden chiefs with influence, money and military experience are higher in ranking than
“presidents” for now: let’s keep that in mind and not discuss endlessly who is “our president” or
“government” and who not. To have leaders more in the foreground on the media channels who
speak to the people, explain things and try to coordinate parties in internal meetings is totally ok
though, because that is also necessary. But the actual ranking of “positions” in and out of
Ambazonia right now in a situation of defense against extinction as a people is rather defined by the
effectiveness of the action than the niceness of the words on public appearances. If “self-proclaimed
president” Sisiku Ayuk Tabe (that’s how foreign press calls him} can mediate between the various
factions and coordinate effectiveness he may certainly be elected as a real president later by the
people in real elections in the homeland, there is no problem with that, and he deserves all the
support already. But for now titles really do not matter, what matters is that all leaders commit to
the best strategy possible and they can only find this best one if they often talk with each other
behind the scenes. So all Ambazonians shall help to enable these permanent conversations between
all influencial chiefs, stakeholders, military professionals and law experts. It is important that every
Ambazonian focuses more on enabling than on criticizing. If somebody is really serious with critique
he is mostly busy with sending critique-info about the Biya regime to all over the world and not with
hacking on ourselves. We need division of labor and not donation of posts. There are no posts when
there is no country reconquered yet.

82. “Momentums” or “Ghosts” don’t remove the occupier, but framing our guerilla strikeforce with
RoA’s constitutional doctrine does: Instead of playing the “important guy” on social media, who
gives all the directives for strikes and increase of momentum, we rather need knowledge about how
our enemy cannot paint our resistance as “terrorists” or “secessionists” on international media and
political stage anymore. RoA knows how to base Ambazonia on constitutional law and only that
takes the wind out of the propaganda sails of the enemy. Of course the involvement of the people
on the ground is also important and necessary. But it should not be self-harming psychology after
rape. What will be more important at the day of victory – the quality of constitutional law or an
undefinable momentum? It will be the quality of clearly defined new rules and directives for a better
society. And exactly that is what makes our fighters already better than the enemy’s mercenaries.
Our fighters know for what they are fighting and the enemy’s soldiers are doing it just for money
and because they are indoctrinated. Our guerilla has a much better frame of legality and this we
have to show the world all over. So who really wants to be important shall be busy with telling
multipliers all over the world about RoA’s constitutionality doctrine which gives legality to our
resistance rather than ordering the burning of schools.

83. The new Constitution of the FRA separates the State’s power into 5 “pillars”, which mutually limit
and control each other, the Executive, Legislature, Judiciary, “Monetative”, and Plebiscite. The
“Monetative” is not another assembly, it is the strictest finance control system in the world, which
gets the power to immediately impeach and fire anybody who puts public money into private
pockets or gamble State Revenue away on international markets. To raise the “Monetative” into the
rank of a pillar of State is necessary, because a failed money control system is the root core problem
of Cameroon and because it would take too long catch embezzlers by long impeachment and court
processes in the Judiciary. Also tax collectors and budgeting calculators are under supervision of the
Monetative. Just any account of the State and any official who controls it is controlled by the
Monetative. And the Plebiscite is the possibility of the people to not only elect representatives every
four years, but to sign petitions, do polls, evoke referenda, and start citizen initiatives in order to
express their opinion towards present politicians and policies and eventually stop them by a
plebiscitarian vote, as soon as they got enough signatures under that vote anytime. So the new
constitution of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia will be a hundered times better and modern and
progressive than the present Constitution of Cameroon, which is basically a horrific patchwork
constitution made by the French, in total carelessness for the real needs of the Africans. This new
constitution alone should have the power to unite all pro-independence groups under it.

84. Maximum passive resistance with continuous buildup of guerilla capability without unnecessarily
provoking the enemy: of course all Ambazonians shall help to make the stay of the occupier as
unpleasant as possible for him, and that includes the try to neutralize all supply routes, morale,
health, communication wires, orientation etc. of the enemy, but not in a provocative way, which
makes him massacre our innocent population. The spiral of violence should not go into the direction
more and more deaths on both sides but less and less fighting motivation in the heads of the
enemy’s leaders. The enemy’s military leaders need to get convinced that it is neither legitimate nor
profitable anymore to fight for the interests of a puppet dictator. So teaching each enemy soldier
that deserting is more honorable than killing brothers and sisters should be a prime part of the
strategy. And the ability to wait with counterstrikes until real blows and not only needle stings are
possible and the enemy gets maximum fear should also be a part of the strategy. But the most
important part is that the international community will declare the occupiers as illegal or foreign on
the territory of Ambazonia. And this can only be reached in international negotiations where we
show real power behind our words. Diplomacy works like: “I am willing to let you eat the sweetest
pie of compromise you ever saw and if you don’t eat it with me I will shoot your head off!”

85. Support of RoA’s bailiff action with Françafrique-hostile countries is a must: not only Africa has
countries which are against Françafrique and its catastrophic master agent Biya, also other
continents’ countries do not like how France’s Africa policies are destroying Africa and flooding
African refugees into non-Africa. Bailiff action mainly works by secret diplomacy with sympathetic
politicians, CEOs and law experts who are willing to lobby for Ambazonia at their own country’s
government until a major breakthrough is achieved in winning a higher legal status of Ambazonia in
relation to that country. The process of independence movements getting national sovereignty
recognized before international law is a very tricky one where certain procedures work and others
don’t and this is varying additionally depending on the foreign treaties certain countries are in.
Ambazonian leaders have to give up rightenousness and support RoA unconditionally and do
diplomatic services for RoA in all Françafrique-critical governments of the world. Only together we
are strong. All legal arguments speak for Ambazonia not for the robber gang in Yaounde.

86. Neutralizing Biya’s bribes to all kinds of opponents of Ambazonia’s independence: Biya’s income
sources like casinos, oil business, taxes, mafia money, exaggerated import/export duties, deals with
billionaires, … need to be hacked, destroyed, diverted, burnt, legally closed, put in prison, … cause
he is an illegitimate person in the government who was never elected in fair, democratic,
unmanipulated elections, he never governed for the benefit of the people and he violated the
constitution practically daily since 1984. Everybody who took bribe from this ordinary mega criminal
needs to be shamed, dispossessed, expatriated, put in prison etc. etc. by all means. This system of
crookery and ruining a whole country has to end. Ambazonia belongs to the Ambazonians and
Sanagia belongs to the Sanagians and not to foreign casinos!

87. It needs the discipline of all Ambazonian factions to not start the big counterstrike before having
the adequate means, legality and intelligence together to win it: this is self evident.
88. The chain of command needs to define which rank has which tasks and which authority: while
Ambazonia doesn’t have an officially and internationally recognized own army yet, the resistance
forces nevertheless need a reliable chain of command in which it is clear what a certain rank is
supposed to do and what not. Guerilla squads need to be absolutely loyal to their platoon leader but
the platoon leader needs to be obeying only paretly to the central command because the platoon is
trusted to carry out things autonomously and without co-knowledge of anybody. Nevertheless in
the coordination process of the commanders with the political leaders it is necessary to avoid
overlapping or mutual crossing of authorization scope while at the same time secrecy about names
and orders must be kept. So the definition of ranks and what they are authorized to do has to be
made by criteria of performance and professionalism and not by wishes of individuals. One major
part is also how smaller or bigger wins and losses are sold to the enemy and media, that means
certain ranks need to know inhowfar some news are true or deliberately faked and some other
ranks must not know. That means there are only very few key individuals who know the most and
they must be protected and kept secret under all circumstances. Anyway, if the DoD announces that
the ADF has 3 generals, 10 majors, 100 lieutenants and 5000 foot soldiers and every one of them
has a deputy and that all of them were brought into the order of the same chain of command to
which also the secret “Knights of Ambazonia” obey, that could scare the enemy.

89. The Ambazonian leaders need to do a SWOT analysis altogether: Since Françafrique in Ambazonia
cannot be defeated by isolated guerilla groups or vigilantes alone, but only by coalitions and
coordinated, bipartisan teamwork, all leaders must come together and do a decent SWOT analysis
together, in which the real Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of/for both the enemy
and themselves are analysed and the individual estimations are honestly spoken out to each other,
so that a higher level of mutual consensus regarding the best strategy is found. And this strategy has
to bet on two things: a) to go uncompromisingly against all criminal and corrupt approaches of the
enemy to divide the Ambazonians or to weaken their resistance or their restoration quest towards
full independence and b) to divide inside the enemy very prescisely who is really actively destroying
or trying or wishing to destroy the Ambazonian independence and well-being and who is passive or
indifferent or even may become a friend and supporter of the Ambazonian cause as saboteur of the
enemy, perhaps out of the insight that an independent, booming Ambazonia would only help the
Camerounese to get rid of that Biya-Francafrique octopus as well. All facets of the struggle have to
be included and the assessments of the footsoldiers need to be examined carefully concerning their
veracity. Guerilla professionals shall assist.

90. Better deals in future international economic relations: Let’s not drive “everything or nothing” with
France+Switzerland+UN! Better a sparrow in the hand than a pidgeon on the roof. That does not
mean that we shall start softening our restoration quest for independence. It means that Ambazonia
should offer France, Switzerland, French Cameroun and any other foreign country good economic
relations after independence. French Cameroun shall still make some profits on Ambazonia but just
way less than now. Ambazonian corporations shall be in the hand of Ambazonians. International
treaties and trades with foreign countries shall be based on the principle of fairness and direct
neighbors can be a bit preferred. It can be defined by the Economic Department of the IG now
already how the new treaties shall look like and who will have the authority to sign them. There
shall not be an economic council which does business with foreign states without control of the
government of Ambazonia though.

91. Candidates for any government position can only become who lay open their CV and finances to
the public: although regular elections are not possible yet all internal elections in groups can get
used to the future obligation during elections, that any candidate for any governmental position
must lay open his CV and finances to the public before the election and nomination. In the future
the state’s www.ambazonia.gov website shall provide a platform where all candidates for any office
have to publish their info if they wanna become a candidate. The times where the people shall buy
the cat in the sack shall be over. The Ambazonian People will not chose their representatives upon
which party they have been in the past, but upon how much they show integrity, reasonableness,
humbleness, articulateness, honesty, heart, reliability, mediative skills, will to defend the homeland
no matter what, historic knowledge, negotiation toughness, competence and putting common good
before private interest. Our pillars of state, leaders, ministries, parliamentarians, officials, judges,
police officers, generals, national bankers, agencies have to report what they are doing on
www.ambazonia.gov and there is only one state account for taxes, expenditures, assets and
remunerations, and that is totally transparent and controlled. No dubious twilight anymore!

92. Victory will come, when the leaders identify themselves rather as change agents than as position
holders and when servitude before the whole Ambazonian people prevails before egotistic or
tribalist motives. There should not be an automatism that those who fought the fight will be the
candidates for the first regular elections or even guaranteed position holders after the election. The
candidates for the first government of a liberated, independent Ambazonia shall be elected
according to competence and integrity criteria not fighting skills or strongmanship. There shall also
be no outnumbering of Southwestern candidates by Northwestern candidates even now already,
but evenness. We want change towards freedom, democracy, anti-corruption, but in order to reach
that goal our present leaders also need to be tricky, mean and anti-democratic to the enemy. So
change agents are not politicians.

93. The Leaders shall show in an All-Ambazonian-Conference, how many percent of the votes of the
other leaders from SCYL, AGC, SCNC, RoA, Morisc, Scapo, Scarm, Scinga and newer groups who can
prove to have followers they got. It needs a common internal voting procedure to which all leaders
commit to, because each leader has to demonstrate that he takes care about the opinion of the
other groups. A supreme leader or field marshall can only be determined in a voting procedure in
which all leaders were participating and a protocoller documents the number of handsigns or
ballots. Nobody can claim to be government of Ambazonia when there was no vote on it in which
most groups have participated. Of course it is difficult to assess how many followers in the
homeland and diaspora a certain group actually has, but in mutual conversations and experiences it
should have sorted out meanwhile, who is who, and after all, it matters how the Ambazonian
leadership is seen internationally and whether foreign powers or entities see a legitimacy and unity
or not. Nobody wants to invest into a group, whose legitimacy is questioned by a majority of the
other groups.

94. Nigerian, Ghanaen, Sierra Leonian, Liberian leaders and stakeholders shall help drafting
international friendship treaties with Ambazonia and prepare the membership in ECOWAS.
95. Biya has to be called never a “president” again anywhere, because all he is is an ordinary criminal
who was never elected by the people in fair, democratic and unmanipulated elections. He is
illegitimate for whole Cameroon and belongs to prison. He is no head of any state but embezzler-inchief
in a neocolony of France. All governments or media outlets which still call Biya a “president”
shall be shamed. Every person who removes this criminal and his cronies from their illegal position
shall get high rewards from Ambazonia. Every Ambazonian needs to bombard INTERPOL with pleas
for an international warrant of arrest and listing all the good reasons for it, with copy to all
governments and diplomatic missions in the world.

guerilla also trigger the non-violent measurements.

97. The new, educated Africa is on the rise and their will to remove neo-colonialism is unstoppable:
Not only in Africa but all over the world more and more people are realizing that illegal, neocolonialist,
coercive unions between African peoples with different langauges and cultures into
“indivisible nations” like that of present Cameroon, are instable, artificial, post-colonialist
constructs, which are doomed to fail. Only organic political entities, which give each unique people
its own unique state as a sovereign nation will survive in Africa and together they will harmonize the
continent. So Anglophone Ambazonia and Francophone Cameroun (native name: Sanagia) will be
two different, souvereign states and nations again, like they were when they got independence from
the British and the French in the 60ies. But now their State’s websites will show all kinds of
international higher education opportunies and also lecture about political philosophy of just
systems, democracy and the new social order.

98. New national self-confidence and pride: We Ambazonians, Ambalanders, many Am”Ba”-Peoples of
the Free Amba Nation at the Ambaz Bay, which is one of the most beautiful, fertile and rich areas in
the world, are most intelligent people who brought outstanding performances in the musical,
cultural, academic, scientific, economic and political fields worldwide, and who say a final NO! to all
barbaric, exploitative neo-colonialism and their instrumental parrot regimes! After decades of them
running down OUR beautiful, rich lands and putting incompetent, disinterested, foreign rulers or
their surrogates or corporations into OUR government offices, and who stole and continue to steal
OUR resources and corrupted our whole system with their collected huge amounts of bribing
money, we say: Enough is Enough! We have been too friendly with guests so far, but that ends now,
because we are totally fed up and not only willing but also able to run our country OURSELVES. We
can do that much better than any French octopus who has no relation to our lands and peoples, and
we can determine our nation’s borders, policies and constitutional foundation also much better, we
don’t need any European, American or Chinese “master” anymore, because our young generation is
as educated and because we do really outsmart these foreign money suckers and power mongers,
believe it or not! And after all, self-governance in general leads to better results than French
corruption and running-down African lands. Self-governance leads to more harmony between the
peoples and better performances of the people, in mutually beneficial win-win-situations
worldwide. So we are not just promoting another independence movement of one of these radical
groups, no, we are the spearhead of the new, much better educated generation in the NEW AFRICA
which shows up with a totally new, modern way of democratic governance based on a completely
overhauled constitution not only for Anglophone Ambazonia but also for Francophone Sanagia
(former French Cameroun). New standards of law, anti-corruption, anti-colonialism, federalism,
accountability, democracy and transparency shall take over in whole area which was once for a
short while called German “Kamerun” but has been before that very self-sustaining and
independent for millennia, yes, new standards in a 2-state-solution for the Anglophone
Ambazonians and the Francophone Camerounese, which will give them each a fully sovereign state,
nation, country. Only this will lead to lasting peace, progress and prosperity in that area. Like
England and France, they are also not forced into one and the same state, not even in the same
union!

99. Ambazonia needs to stick to the following unnegotiable demands: a) immediate end of genocide,
b) unconditional release of all political prisoners, b) restoration of statehood, c) withdrawal of all
foreign occupants and politicians from Ambazonian territory, d) Ambazonian self-governance over
Ambazonian territory and resources, e) recognition of the Bamenda High Court Decision of 1992, f)
recognition of the parliament’s decision in 1984 to dissolve the union between Southern Cameroons
and LRC, g) all resolution points of Conclave 2.

100. Ambazonia’s liberation, the big clean-up of Cameroon and the end of Françafrique’s robbing
of inncocent people go hand in hand: The core of the problem with present Cameroon is that its
dictatorial government has sold itself to foreign neo-colonizers long ago who steal the profits from
the resources mainly of Ambazonia into foreign accounts and who do reinvest these profits neither
into Ambazonia nor into French Cameroun in a way so that the people would profit. The whole thing
is not a Francophone/Anglophone problem. It is a problem of robbing and stealing done by the
French and their puppet regimes in Africa. Franco-Cameroonian dictators have robbed billions of
dollars from Ambazonia since 1961. The “reserves” Cameroon has parked in the National Bank of
Paris are just gambling material for French brokers on international markets. No cent of profit ever
flows back into Cameroon. The French corporation Bolore runs for example the totally outdated
railway system, which the Germans had built, and recently there was a train crash with some 100
deaths, but Bolore did nothing to repair that railway or to give some help to the relatives of the
victims. That is symptomatic for the way France is running Africa in general. But the Ambazonians at
least started a big media campaign against this evil system now to tell the truth to the world
consistently now until the world gets it. And not only Ambazonia but all former French colonies in
Africa will continuously demonstrate and lobby for the big CLEAN-UP OF CAMEROON and the uprise
of the whole NEW AFRICA against the French rule, corruption and exploitation in their homelands.
Not only France needs a Second French Revolution, all neo-colonizers and monetary enslavers will
have to realize that their end is near. Ambazonia has kicked a stone into rolling which triggers an
unstoppable avalanche, which will tear down Françafrique. Each Amba man & woman will get a task
in this big clean-up of Cameroon, until the system of imported state-corruption and artificially
sponsored tribalistic infighting is defeated.

101. Hitting the enemy at his roots: in the command centers in his homeland, at the roots of his
profit, at the morale of his soldiers, at the origin of the exploitation, where the motorsaw to cut the
timber gets the chain destroyed, where a pipeline misses connection parts, where the armed
vehicles get their tanks filled with acid, where the food is poisoned, where the communication wires
are disturbed, where state robbers suddenly see zero on their bank account, where a military camp
gets no light and no supply route anymore, where bribes are taken and wishes are not fulfilled
anyway. Ambazonians do war and infowar against the rapists, torturers and killers of children and
women.

102. Boycotting Pan-Cameroonian elections and persuading Francophones to not vote for Biya
either: Ambazonia is fighting diplomatically and militarily from a position of legitimacy and strength,
not from a position of last straw like Mr. Biya, who misuses weapons bought in USA meant for
fighting Boko Haram now for fighting “his” own people. Ambazonians helped him even fighting Boko
Haram, so who is the terrorist now? Trump does not like that shabby, ungrateful behavior based on
stolen tax money. Ambazonia does not need to participate in elections of foreign countries. She will
hold her own elections. The world presently learns at the speed of the light that the Ambazonians
are on the right side of history and the Biya-Crookonians are on the wrong side. Also French goods
will be succeedingly boycotted in Ambaland. Nobody likes genocide-sponsors! France-puppet Biya,
your game is over!

103. Africa’s youth does not need a century to learn democracy like the Europeans anymore, they
have internet and download the new constitution in a minute! The Ambazonian leadership shall
make it mandatory for any teacher and lawyer to learn the new Constitution by heart.
104. Sueing Cameroun for oil-robbery before the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea:
According to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, UNLOS, everything in and under
the sea up to 200 nautic miles offshore belongs to the state which has got this shore. Ambazonia will
come to fair agreements with Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria, concerning the oil, and will sue
Cameroun for the robbery of all resoures from the sea before the International Tribunal of the Law
of the Sea in Hamburg, Germany, on the basis of the UN’s recognition of SC’s sovereignty since
1961. The question which oil goes to Equatorial Guinea, with to Ambazonia, which to Nigeria has to
be sorted out though.

105. Africa belongs to the Africans. Ambazonia belongs to the Ambazonians. Period.
106. In the near future on www.ambazonia.gov every Ambazonian citizen shall be able to register
and to apply for Ambazonian citizenship and passport. Our website will further provide the
possibility to link to the best online education providers in the world, to donate, to send wishes,
pleas and proposals to all leaders, to download historic documents, to join activists all over the
world, to open a petition, …

107. Every Ambazonian who is not active in the fight shall at least contribute 10% of his total
wealth to the liberation and modernization of Ambazonia. Better 90% left than 100% dead under
the rule of the crooked French occupant. Those who refuse to give liberation fees to the
Ambazonian leadership shall feel disadvantages or dispossessions later. Big donors on the other
hand will enjoy reduced taxes or honors later. The IG shall make that mandatory.
108. Ambazonia shall not pay any taxes to the foreign country LRC anymore.
109. We Ambazonians understand very well, that unity is strength, but not unity with somebody
who is pulling the rope into the opposite direction. So internally we need to clean the house from
blacklegs. But dismissal only after evidence is hardened.

110. Anonymous shall help hacking into Biya’s accounts and the accounts of the banks which pay his
mercenaries.

111. Ambazonia has to create more negative press for Biya, calling him in the news headlines a
“paranoid puppet dictator of France with one of the most catastrophic impacts on any country of
Africa”, “monster criminal”, “illegitimate tribalist who cannot speak English”, “permanent violator of
any national and international law there is”, “embezzler-in-chief”, “most imcompetent freemason in
the world”, “disgrace of Africa”, “torturer of innocent children and pregnant women”, “most
careless and corrupt leader of all African countries”, “biggest African a$$hole of all a$$holes”, “most
shameless robber of all state robbers in the world”, …

112. Everybody who still has the old passport of British Southern Cameroons and his/her children
have a right to get the British passport.

113. Opening own embassies and consulates abroad.

114. All politicians from French Cameroun installed by the Biya regime on the territory of
Ambaland shall be mobbed out, if they did proven harm to Ambaland.

117. The Ambazonian TV Stations should not only bring talking and talking and talking but also
blend in things to read. Ambazonians need to read more and to know all the decisive documents
and constitutional law which gives us sovereignty. This cannot be fully understood by only talking.

118. Ambazonia’s liberation is practical philosophy: Every now and then we need to distance
ourselves from all the daily news, the politics and problems of the world and the internet & social
media info flood, and do some reflection on the whole in a quiet moment. Maybe after reading one
of the great philosophers, like Platon for example, who once said: “Politeia means community in
which everybody serves the greater common good under the law, not the power grabbing of
individuals serving their selfish interests.” We need to evaluate in these quiet moments of reflection
the full historic meaning of what the youth in Ambazonia aka “Southern Cameroons” triggered by
their strikes and acts of civil disobedience. They started to say a final No! to eternal slavery, neocolonialism
and rule of corruption. And this final No! is a deep source of hope for millions of people
on earth. It’s about liberation from all forms of neo-colonialism and puppet dictatorships in Africa.
It’s about a new type of rulers and rules. Rulers who obey the new rules. Rules of integrity instead of
corruption. Rules of democracy instead of dictatorship. Rules of serving the own people and not
serving foreign managers’ wallets, rule of law & order instead of rule of lawlessness & disorder. But
how do we bring that new type of rulers into power and then, how do we make them reliably obey
these higher rules for common benefit? By reading great thinkers from the past first, especially
those from Africa, and then write down our own philosophy and question our approach in
discussion with others until we can spread the ideas about the best rules, the best agendas, the best
strategies to each and every fellow we meet. The higher truth needs to come out. Against all these
lies from the dictators, occupants, neocolonialists, robbers, racists, parrots, …. Let’s spread the truth
about Ambazonia, Cameroon, and Francafrique to the world, let’s speak out as lighthouses of truth
against dark oceans of lies!

119. It’s necessary to think on the whole and not only about Ambazonia: To insist on the full
independence of Ambazonia from LRC now is the right thing, because otherwise puppet LRCdictatorship
and puppet-holder Paris would not move one bit. The likeliness that a boyish new
president of France will change much on France’s long term Africa policies is not high. But since
Cameroun will always remain the closest neighbor of Ambazonia besides Nigeria, therefore in our
mindset needs to be the two-pronged strategy which does not only resist and fight the evil enemy
on the one hand but also seeks friends behind the enemy’s lines who are also suffering from the evil
and want it reformed on the other hand. In the long term end goal not only Ambazonia needs a well
running society and government of integrity but also French Cameroun and all African peoples and
countries. Ambazonia would not have won much, if having reached independence but French
Cameroun would be even more hostile, more corrupt, more incalculably in war-mode than before.
So we need to keep thinking on the whole and for both, which does not deny, that right now we
have to be “selfish” and focus on becoming independent first and get our statehood “restored” at
least.

120. We need realistic numbers about the cost for homeland defense! Is it 10 million dollars or 100
million or 1 billion? All still peanuts compared to the value of Ambazonia’s resources ….

121. Checks and balances.

122. Billions of non-Africans can NOT distinguish “Cameroun”, “Cameroon”, and “Cameroons”, they
just don’t care about the little “s” in the end or southern, western whatever, they would just throw
us in the same pot with Biya automatically when they hear “Cameroonian”. We need a new,
independent name, if we want to be recognized as independent people and nation! We need to
completely remove what has occupied us for decades! And if you are in a “Southern Cameroonian”
facebook group, switch to an “Ambazonia” facebook group! Twitter “Ambazonian” not
“Cameroonian”!

123. Of course we don’t want a One-Party-Dictatorship again. We must pronounce that the United
Front is an ASSOCIATION of groups, NOT a party. But the criteria for membership in the United Front
must also be made clear to everybody and we just do not engage in foul compromise.

124. For security reasons there are safer communication apps than whatsapp or facebook, for
example “Signal Private Messenger” or “threema” which use real end-to-end-encryption and
together with the browser “TOR” they can be useful tools for keeping secrecy. SCACUF IT team can

The main thing is that the spicy parts are unhackable and that possible attackers
from the enemy will be made confused.

125. The point may have been reached rather sooner than later, where Ambazonia should not fear
the spying of LRC anymore in a way which tries to hide everything in fear. Let 8 million Ambazonians
speak out their legitimate wishes and needs openly and proudly and let’s overwhelm the spies of
the enemy by the mere numbers of our supporters. If millions and millions stand behind our agenda,
it is useless to stalk and assassinate a few leaders, because millions are continuing the already
triggered avalanche anyway, then LRC will change strategy or give in or even give up. We must
realize that the core of the problem is not so much politics it is money. Francafrique uses Cameroon
and Ambazonia to get profits out of resources and it just leaves some peanuts to Biya to keep the
divide, suck & rule in power. That’s all. So we need the actual numbers of dollars Francafirque and
Biya are pulling out of the homeland into foreign accounts.

127. We need to overthink the flag’s peace dove symbol later: Do we come to our goal more by the
powers of the war eagle or the peace dove? Is the dove naïve and the eagle realistic? Aren’t birds
the descendants of dinosaurs? Would a gorilla, elephant, tiger, leopard, tree or butterfly also be a
good symbol figure? After all, we are humans, not animals, aren’t we? So maybe we think all this
symnbolic stuff over once more. Symbols are very important and powerful. They speak to the
subconsciousness of humans and these forces there are very powerful. But the symbols really have
to match to what the people moves most. Stars stand for power. Many stars stand for power of
many states, tribes, lands. All in all our flag should not be too far off into naivity or just being
oppositional to Cameroun’s flag. Our flag could be just plain and simple, without any animal picture.
Like so many other nation’s flags as well.

128. The Ambazonian People have great conflict de-escalation competence and can handle complex
communication situations among different peoples much better than other peoples.
129. Ambazonia needs to announce rules of discipline for all members publicly and internally. And
define rules for violators of this discipline.

journalists and correspondents of the world and transform it into a checklist about who has got the
info and who hasn’t yet. This war will be won at the information front more than on the weapon
front. The “propaganda ministry” of Ambazonia needs a big team of assistants who are spreading
the message 24/7 to millions of addresses. Its work which kills the enemy, not wishful thinking!
